Can I cancel my Subscription
whenever i want?
Of course, you can change or
cancel your plan at user board. If you have canceled your plan, you can still
have use to your premium plan until next month.

Can i get my subscription
invoice?
You can see all your invoices
in the user dashboard. You can find the "Invoices" tab under your account page.
You may request a refund for
the current month if you request it within 2 hours of the transaction and only
applies to the first payment we receive. We reserve the right to decline that
request should you use our software within this time.
What will happen to my old
credits when I upgrade or downgrade a subscription plan?
We add the remaining credits
from your old plan to your active plan. You can use your credits until expired.
I want to use Ponarize but I
am worried about the privacy of my data.
We are fully compatibility
for EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standards. We don't share any
our clients data with any third party, at any time. Never.
